Well they will not win any awards, but they taste good.

Overnight proof......

Fairly good crumb......

But not regulation.........(as told by my last post)

Wow!  Long cool proofing baskets!   

the scoring could be straightened out a little...  more parallel to the outside edges and not so diagonally across.  Try picturing the middle of the dough with a toy train track down the middle, less than an inch wide.  Now don't score outside the track.  Start on one side of the track and score long to the other side hardly diagonal more like cutting a box car the long diagonal way in half.  Stop.  Move the blade to the opposite side of the track but backwards/ back-track about an inch (do the box cars doors open there?)  Score again the same size long to the other side of the track. (A train engineer would have a fit! All these box cars running and overlapping each other!)  Back track to the other side and repeat.     ❀ If you can't envision it, let me know, I'll come up with another example for ya.  Leave just a narrow strip of dough beteen the cuts.  Oh and tilt the blade to the dough sort of like the table was too high and you are too short. to reach over the table.
