4/22 Bake and more

Made a couple small loaves with fresh Oregano and one Za for lunch. I also included some dinner shots for fun.

I'm not the least bit hungry but your dinner looks amazing!  oh...and your breads look pretty good too :0

What's that dish right after the pizza?  (which also looks fantastic).

Cheers all for the kind words.

It's no big deal, the bread is Sourdough with fresh Oregano. The Za is made from the same dough topped with shredded roasted chicken, Arugala Pesto, and Grated Mozz, and shavings of Parmesan.

The main dish was a spicy tomato gravy with chick peas, then a spiced meat mix rolled in grilled aubergine/eggplant with mint and oregano splashed with Olive oil. I served grilled pita bread with the main dish.
