I'm new Hello from Alabama

This is great forum. I'm brand new to baking  bread at 57 and have discovered there's a lot more types of bread than plain sandwich I used buy. Lol This is an art. After watching many videos of others baking. I jumped right in and bought a grain mill along with a couple of mixers though I've since discovered that I really like the stretch and fold method with high hydration doughs for the softness of crumb and crisp crust. I hope to learn a lot from others and to make new friends along my baking journey. Thank you for letting me join you.

Me too I just learned that method last wk and fellow alabamaian here . I even made dog biscuits from my discard starter last wk now I’m under the weather and everything on hold any good recipes you care to share
