MUFFINS that don't have to be toasted
Hi folks
Does anybody have a recipe for muffins such that they can be allowed to cool and then eaten without toasting (I know you can do this with all muffins, but I'm after airy/moist/tasty)...
In other words, what's the breadiest you can bake a muffin and still call it a muffin...
