When today's runt was last month's masterpiece

Here's a snap for fun. Anybody else notice that your own standards just keep going up ? Each batch always seems to have a runt - a sad deformed loaf that makes the others look good. I am noticing that the worst of the batch now would have been the best of the batch a month ago. Btw the runt is a the top here - the bottom is and example of the never ending quest to get these loaves to burst in each score and its finally coming together. All 5 scores blooming open now. Yippie !
