No baking!

Wanted to wish all my TFL friends a happy and healthy 2015.  May your bread not add a single ounce to your weight nor a single inch to your waistlines this year.  Thank you all for all the advice, tips, recipes and help offered through this wonderful site.

Baking suspended here in Sth Oz at present with temp today at 45deg C (113deg F).  Just too hot to contemplate turning on the oven!

tags for forum posts?

Floyd and others,

I was curious if anyone else is interested in a way of adding tags to forum and blog posts, whether they be #hashtags or regular tags. Is there a way to do this in the current TFL configuration?

Was just thinking about how it might be able to search TFL for common topics. I don't really have any major complaints about the search, just thought it might be easier to categorize (or find) items that are related to TFL topics.

Thoughts?

How to store peanut butter

July 8, 2014 - 6:52am -- adri
Forums:

I went to the supermarket the other day and as special, they had peanut butter (called "peanut cream" due to legal reasons).

I was curious so I bought one jar - and I have to say: It's not that bad at all :D

But now my problem: The jar has 350g (12.3 ounces) so it might last for a couple of weeks or maybe a view month. How do I store it once the jar is open? Can I store it at room temperature or do I have to put it in the fridge?

Need a real estate agent recommended in Tampa/Largo Florida area

Forums:

This is REALLY off topic for our bread community but I do know there are many breadmakers in Florida that may know someone that I could call. I will be moving to the Largo/Seminole/West Tampa area in September/October and would like a recommended agent to buy a house rather than go in cold. It is hard to buy a house from out of town so I need someone with the technological knowhow and willingness to work with an out of town buyer. A breadbaking agent would be a bonus! Any assist appreciated.

Thanks,everyone!
