Hey, PieGuy! Just wanted to check in here and let you know that I've been using this formula for a sandwich loaf since you posted it. So easy, and so good! I keep threatening to drop 10% durum in there, but just haven't done it yet! I did a free-form loaf today that's destined for garlic bread.
