Feeling very smart today...

 

Got the Durum flour I've been wanting to try,  without paying a penny of shipping! 

How did I do that? 

Placing a special order through a store that carries Giusto's other flours - it arrived with Giusto's regular delivery to the store within just two days!

 

Now I can make Ian's hamburger buns with almost the same flours!

Oh that's a great idea. Can't wait to try it. I've been trying to figure out how to get Guisto/Central Milling specialty flours without driving up to Petaluma. Bless you.

Turns out Giusto's (South San Francisco) and Central Milling's "Keith Giusto Baking Supple" in Petaluma are not the same entity.
