Levito madre doesnt triple

Hello friends, I would appreciate your help, recently my levito madre has weakened and does not triple after hot feeding. It lives in a cooler (in a glass container) at a temperature  of 17 degrees and eats every 20 hours when his ph level is 3.8-4.1. Every day it eats a special flour for pantone called Molini Pasini which I also make panettone . It eats at a ratio of 1:1:40% , every three days I give warm feeding and then he eats at a ratio of 1:1:40% at a temperature of 28-30 degrees for 3.5-4 hours.
Unfortunately, it may be doubling but not tripling!!!
I tried to change his feeding ratio and it didn't help. He gets a sugar bath when it needs it before I feed. I would appreciate your help, how can I strengthen it and make it triple.

Sounds like your maintenance is not giving the yeasts enough of a chance to build up their numbers. If you are only feeding once a day, try 22C instead of 17C. If you are feeding twice a day, try a 6 hour warmer feeding each day, then a cool overnight feeding. To change the balance of organisms in your LM may take some time.

You can try for a more rapid change by starting with a warm bagnetto (with 2g sugar), then two or three warmer feedings in sequence. Also, increasing the flour ratio can often help.

Hope this helps.
