crust pulls apart from crumb

Can someone tell me why my crust pulled apart from the crumb?  I made a baguette and cannot figure out why this happened.  The taste and texture were great I only had this 1 problem.  Thanks.

That usually means that it was over proofed. Try proofing it less time...
