Off the Market--Polin Stratos Modular Deck Ovens (Single Phase) and Proofer

I have a 2-deck Polin Stratos, single phase oven and proofer I use in my garage bakery.  It is single-phase so can be used in a domestic setting (normally only single phase) as well as commercial (either single or three-phase).  There is also a proofing box beneath, and it all sits on casters.  Each of the decks fits three full sheet pans, and I bake 6x3 loaves on each deck.  I use the proofer to proof viennoiserie.

I have used this oven very lightly, probably like 2x per month on average for the 5 years I have owned it.  I have included a photo of the front of the oven/proofer.

I paid ~$20k for the two decks and proofer new. I have used the unit extremely lightly.  I am asking $15k for both decks and the proofer, packaging, shipping and installation are not included.  The ovens are in N. Cal., Redwood City area.

Does this oven have steam generators?

I have a 4 deck Bongard soleo already so I would not need this. But I highly recommend this oven for any folks looking to start a small or medium sized venture. Life is such a breeze with the right equipment. This oven will get you consistent, reliable results with no need to rotate or finagle during the baking cycle.

Hi Brian, what are the dimensions of this oven?

I realized I should have clarified my question: I'm wondering about the exterior dimensions of this unit, so I can figure out if it would fit into a particular corner of a restaurant kitchen.

If so, I'm super interested! I'm located in Northern California as well, so pick-up/transport might not be too difficult

I'm taking this off the market for now because I'm considering adding another deck to the unit and using it in my upcoming retail bakery/cafe venture, rather than upgrading to a bigger and brand new oven.  I may have jumped the gun by listing this too early in my planning stages.

As for the dimension question:

ground to top of fan motor: ~7'

approx. foot print: 6.25' (front) x 4.4' (depth).
