Crock is beautifully made in France, from Burgundy clay. Is now on sale at King Arthur for $89.98. It looks like it comes in red and olive. It's been a while since being on this site and the changed looks are shocking. I think I like it.
Does anyone manufacture a gas range with convection oven large enough to accommodate full sheet pans?
