Hot Dog Buns

Does any body have a hot dog bun recipe that I can use to make New England style buns? The one on the KA site is to rice and buttery for me. I'm looking for something simpler.

How many buns do you divide this into?

If you use G instead of OZ, you should get about four (4) 92g buns.

If you use OZ, you'll get... a lot :)

This is from working in a bakery so the weights are for a 36 count piece that would get divided in a bun rounder.

The batch I make at home now is a total weight of around 88 ounces.  Seems to be a good weight for the Kitchenaid Pro Series 6 qt mixer to handle.  I make this dough alott for dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls to sell at bake sales and serve at functions I cater.
