Rustic Flax Seed-Currant Bread

This flax seed-currant bread is similar in texture and technique to ciabatta. It was really fun to make and tastes delicious. The recipe and more photos are here.

link doesn't work for me...

Susan,

I was able to find your recipe, but the link above doesn't seem to work. It looks great. I think this is my kind of recipe, so thanks much for the post.

Link fixed

Thanks for the heads-up, Bill. I fixed the link.

I'd be curious to see how this bread comes out in your brick oven.

You and I should meet and...

Exchange freshly baked products for sampling and comparison. We're close enough. This one will definitely be on my list. I'll see if I can come close to your beautiful loaf. That actually brings up another idea, which is to see if there are enough local TFL-ers to do a fall meet, like Floyd and co. did up north.

SF Bay Area Meet

Yes, I'd be interested in a Bay Area meet-up if there are enough others interested. Will you post a new thread about this on the main page, Dolf?
