This flax seed-currant bread is similar in texture and technique to ciabatta. It was really fun to make and tastes delicious. The recipe and more photos are here.

Exchange freshly baked products for sampling and comparison. We're close enough. This one will definitely be on my list. I'll see if I can come close to your beautiful loaf.
