Museumsbäckerei Imsweiler - Imsweiler Muehle

In 1985 my sister lived in the little town of Imsweiler in RheinlandPfalz, Germany. This town has a population of about 600 people and is about 6 miles north of Kaiserslautern. In the town was a bakery and mill that had been in continuous operation since the 14th Century where I had the absolutely most amazing almost black pumpernickel bread featuring an astounding amount of whole grains. I have dreamed of that bread for 30 years, but have never made it back.

I was just looking for the bakery on the internet and find it has been turned into a museum. Does anyone else have any experience with this bakery? Here are three webpages giving contact information and hours for the bakery/museum. Can someone visit and get the recipe for that pumpernickel bread and post it? I've been jonesing for 30 years.
