Registration still open for Kneading Conference in Maine 7/26

Registration is still open for the 6th Annual Kneading Conference in Skowhegan, Maine, July 26-27th. I attended the first one, and -- full disclosure -- am returning this year to give the Friday morning keynote address (apprently they haven't read 52 Loaves, in which I kind of skewered them). It's pricey,  but for bread geeks it's really  a wonderful couple of days. Kind of like Fat Camp -- everyone around you is just like you -- without the dietary restrictions. Hope to see some of you there!
