Roll/hoagie weight

I made the sourdough italian bread I found here.  I want to make hoagie/roll kind of thing so I can make sub sandwiches.  How much should they weigh.  I cut the recipe in half and now have four balls rising.  I'm thinking that I need to cut each ball in half to get nice sized sub rolls.
