I am on the eve of day 4 of my starter. I was wondering if it would be better to use KAAP or KABF?
It won't make a difference. Don't waste bread flour on this.
I agree...stick with the all purpose...I've used KAAP for years for my starter food..
Agree also...use the AP flour as you won't get any benefit from using bread flour.
For the past four and a half years I've been using Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour. Why? It's the lowest priced unbleached, unbromated flour available in my area.
