Hi from Canada

I just got a Cuisinart Stand Mixer and decided to try my hand at baking some yummy bread.  I made one of the rustic bread recipes from the forum here  (

and even though I made a few mistakes, like using the regular beater rather than the dough hook,  I was really happy with my first attempt.

I am looking forward to learning more.
