Plötzblog is a German bread baking blog by Lutz Geißler. Last year, it went to a subscription format and most of the recipes are now behind a paywall. Some free recipes are found in a free archive and every month, Lutz offers some other free recipes based on a theme. This month, the theme is Roggen im Fokus—rye in focus.
