However, at this point in the journey milling is not something I want to explore. I never say never. In the beginning I was sure the sourdough starter was way to involved for me to tackle. I even traded a book that was primarily sourdough for one that was geared to commercial yeast. We use to have a book review forum I think that is gone now.
