There's a lot of material to enjoy here at TFL.  Just about any question you can think to ask about making bread has been addressed in one way or another.

Here's a suggestion to help you get the most out of the site.  You'll notice that there's a white box in the upper right-hand corner of the page, with a button labeled "Search" beside it.  Type a word or phrase that you'd like to know more about in the box, then click on the button.  Let's say you want information about croissants.  That search will generate 115 pages of references, with each page having about 10 references.
