Walnut cranberry Artesian bread

AP flour, instant yeast

My loaf tastes just fine but the crumb is a little too dense.  Would increasing the water % or decreasing the baking time in the Dutch Oven be a remedy?

and fold the add-ins into the dough would help. I made both AP (only 61% hydration) and 100% whole-grain versions using this technique, and both loaves turned out fine.
