Epic bake, in the first magnitude! Pea tendril pesto pizza, with fresh tomatoes & Prosciutto

Interesting choice of toppings - the pea tendrils that is.  How's that work flavor-wise.  Usually when I do pizza, I will cook up about 4 of them and do one with something new.  Kinda interested in this one.  Looks great !

Very nice pizza Will.  The toppings are very original.  I love snow pea shoots, they are used in Chinese cooking often as a stir fried vegetable and are really delicious.

So, here is the down-low. I purchased winter CSA shares. This is a new way of cooking for me. Instead of cooking from what is on hand. I cook from what is in the CSA share. This link will take you to some very cook dishes I made so far. including the complete 411 on the pizza! Enjoy!
