Introduction from the Midwest

Hi - I am from Missouri and have been baking bread for about 20 years.  Shortly before I got married my mom taught me how to bake bread/buns and I've been doing it ever since.  I was thinking recently about the few recipes or cooking instructions that someone directly taught me and that I am still using today and bread making was one of them.

Having purchased a bread machine some years ago I have become rather lazy at making bread from scratch, but do still enjoy it.
