How about citrus marmalade?

Thanks for posting your lovely blog entry on marmelade-making!  I love a good "bitter" marmelade, the British style that's sold in the white glass jars.  It has a bite to it, with plenty of the deep citrus undertones.  I'm going to give your recipe a try.

I've looked everywhere for the bitter Seville oranges  to make my marmalade but can't find them..so I just settle for organic oranges with pretty skins!
