I didn’t think that was possible with a cauliflower crust ;) Did you change your crust recipe or get a pizza oven? I have been getting nice results like that with a 100% biga dough recipe. I’m impressed if you are able to get those results in a home oven. The outdoor  Ooni oven does most of the spotting and lifting for me.   
My current favorite meatlover is Coppa.

I was toying with the idea of a dedicated high temp pizza oven. More so since models are available that can accommodate large diameter pies. However, after much thought, I decided I am quite happy with my home oven 18" diameter pies. Not a new oven; the same electric oven That came with the house. The secret sauce for the crust is a coating of olive oil on the crust.
