720g starter at 100%, 9 apples finely chopped, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 3-6 cups frying oil.
These turned out great and I will be making them again. And I hate frying

720g was all starter? Am I missing something?
I don't like frying either, but I hate peeling and coring apples even more. Even with this:
