Well I tried. It didn’t post pictures. Delicious and so quick with the par baked crust in the freezer. Mushrooms, caramelized red onions, pepperoni Kalamata olives. Monterey Jack and Mozzarella and Parmesan. Homemade sauce. 15 min at 425.
with some of my favorite toppings. The only thing missing is the parmesan and arugula to finish it off. It’s convenient to have pizza that can be put together on short notice. I use a flour tortilla in a hot cast iron skillet and then finish it in the broiler when I want a quick 🍕fix.
Do you completely thaw the par baked crust before topping. How do you store them in the freezer? d.
We usually put fresh basil leaves but I forgot. My husband is a professional jazz pianist and was playing last night . I’m his “ roadie” and between getting his piano set up with speakers etc and getting him to and from gig ( he doesn’t drive due to his eyesight) we were both so hungry I forgot the basil!
I take the crust out of freezer and by the time the cheese is grated etc it’s thawed. Only takes minutes to thaw.
The crusts are wrapped in parchment paper. I have what started as 1000 huge sheets I bought a decade ago . I also have really heavy duty very large plastic bags that I slide the wrapped crusts into and tie them shut. They keep for months( if we don’t eat them first)!

Hope you will try it!
I put arugula on a lot of things too Don. Your pizza looks delicious.

Caroline another amazing sounding and looking pizza! I love your frozen par baked crust idea!

You’d have no idea it’s been frozen . And the leftovers reheat perfectly. We had it for lunch today.
I had 3 yrds of mulch delivered late today. Will need carbs and fats!
🙏
Just leave the olives off my slice! My wife loves olives but I detest them. Olive oil I’m all 😊🫣. Anyway, the pie looks awesome.
Happy baking!
Ian
There were only 12 olives cut in half lol! I need to buy more. We love them!
You head on down here and I’ll put olives only on HER 1/2!
We had leftovers at lunch and there’s still more plus 2 Detroit size crusts for future enjoyment!
