With the goal of 190Lbs in site, it is time to switch it up.
Transitioning to a more flexible Mediterranean style diet.
Today's brunch. Still sticking to, two meals a day 18/6.
Fast for 18 hrs. With a six hour meal window.
Edited to add the visual cue diabetic plate. I only ate half the potato. Tomorrow's dinner with the rest of the steak.
Glad you are getting such positive results. c
I have a large asparagus patch which I pick from early May to July 1. I give a lot away, but we still have asparagus just about every day, cooked in a variety of ways. Don't really get tired of it.
Now tomato season starts. You may be interested to know the variety I grow is the Sicilian Saucer. I will post a pic when I find one of a tomato that looks like a pumpkin. Funny thing is, this type came up randomly several years ago in one of my seed pots. One plant and I've been saving seeds every year. A fellow gardener determined that Sicilian Saucer was the most likely type based on appearance, because I had no idea where it came from.
First pic is 2-1/2lbs, second 2lbs 12oz. That's without any special treatment. There's some worm bin compost in the planting hole and that's about it. Soil is clay that could be used to build a house.
Love the tomatoes! The first sign of spring asparagus shoots. My sister is an excellent gardener. Do you have rhubarb also?
