I'm Hannah and I live in Revelstoke BC. I started baking bread in earnest about five years ago, and it's my favourite hobby and stress-reliever! I make sourdough pretty consistently, but also love quick breads, focaccia, and enriched breads. My next goal is to perfect a rye loaf.
