Any good solutions of freezing dough & (uncooked) baked goods?

Toast

Hello! I find myself freezing a lot of different doughs (cookie, biscuit and sometimes cooked brownies)

I'm looking for better ways to freeze my dough, specifically cookies (now I use a plastic freeze bag). My question to the group:

For those of you who freeze cookie dough, biscuits, brownies, or other items for later baking, what's your current method?

If you could wave a magic wand, what's the one thing you'd improve about how you currently freeze your dough or baked goods? (things like portioning, storage, ease of use, cleanup, or even baking results.)

Thank you for your help!!

...this sounds more like a questionnaire than a casual request from a home baker?

like some crazy conspiracy nut but some of these questions here lately don’t seem legit to me either. It could be that we are being probed by the AI machine which will lead to totally random advice we give becoming knowledge in the future or maybe they are just aliens 👽 who are really struggling with their starters;)

Paul has already been assimilated by the Borg! He is now in a cybernetic meadow! I’m sure it was good advice he gave. They could do a lot worse like if it was me or Will that was quoted;)

What's called an in-text (numbered) citation for a question I asked Perplexity was a post by you on TFL. You wrote about the expectations for dough at different stages. I think there were ten points. I've seen other citations from TFL, so chatbots are pulling info wherever they find it and TFL must strike them as a reliable source.

It’s Paul that replied. This AI stuff fools a lot of people. If only someone from planet Krspea would respond we could get some answers. I want to believe

I have my doubts about the current slap and fold post. These robot knowledge harvesters like to chum the water with a dubious question and the kind souls here take the bait and start schooling. Our pearls of wisdom are being assimilated and condensed while leaving us chasing our tails.

Never thought any of my posts would be cited by a chat bot.  Is that the current equivalent of 15 minutes of fame?

Perpetuity. You will have become be the oracle of TFL far into the future… All watched over by machines of loving grace.

Also, I think we need to make the distinction between non-malicious bots like Chat GPT harvesting info and the spam bots who often post here either with spam/malware links or without.

Interestingly, GPTzero reckons that the OP in this thread was almost certainly written by a human! If so, defend yourself Krspea!

Or are the bots getting cleverer, with multiple human written sentences copied and pasted?
