Testing Out Remotely Hosted Images

I take photos with my phone. The Fresh Loaf upload procedure is too slow for me. I want to test out posting an image hosted from a different website.

If this works properly, you should see some pizzas we baked tonight.

That did not work too well. Weird spacing between images. Hrmmm. This is annoying.

I use cubeupload - you can create a free account; just resize your picture in Irfanview (or similar) to about 500 pixels across and upload. You'll then see a link that you copy and paste into your TFL post (insert image button).

Then just press return to make a space and insert the next image if you want to.

Of course, if cubeupload dies, then so do the images, but no worse than what happened with Photobucket...

I haven't tried to post in awhile, as It was frustrating me a lot! If you find a good solution, would you please share it with me? Fellow Texan, by the way. Located just east of Austin. Welcome to the site. Where are you located?

Plus no one was named Lorne Greene either including you.  Your name is Lyon Himan Green but you really don't care because you are dead.  Plus, you never ever lived in Texas nor was the Bonanza ranch or Ponderosa either.  You were born in Ottawa, Canada and died in Santa Monica, California both about as far from Texas as possible.  You did build the Ponderosa II Ranch hHouse in Mesa Arizona 10 minutes from my house that is on the Arizona historical society register.though.... the original was in Nevada.  The one here looks just like the one on the TV show. except for the trees.  Lucy loves you though because you were the spokesman for Alpo for years and years.  She loves Alpo.and she loves you and has your picture hanging in her pantry Hall of Fame right next to Rin Tin Tin and Lassie - Nice!  You were great in Battlestar Galactica

I sure hope you are not a walking dead creature who just thinks they live in Texas:  They scare Lucy.

They never had space to fit it in the series, but Commander Adama's favorite hobby was baking bread and posting on 'thefreshloaf'.

to Lucy.  On battlestar Galactica he made SFSD bread in a replicator that was already toasted and buttered when he opened the door.
