Which Bulk Rise Container and Proofing Basket for Tartine Recipe?

I am looking for a good BPA-free square plastic container to do my bulk fermentation in. Right now I'm using the Tartine Country Loaf recipe.

I may go for the Cambro 4 qt square container (it's 7.25 x 7.25 x 7.75"), but it does contain BPAs.

Secondly, I'm using the Lodge combo dutch oven (13" diameter). Which proofing basket size would be best?

Recommendations with links would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Get the polypropylene and you won't have to worry about BPA.  I use the 6 quart round.

I find that the 8 or 9 inch makes the best container for the dough when making the Tartine loaf with 1000 grams of flour split between two baskets.

Thanks, David! You rock. Any favorite proofing baskets?

I bought mine from lucky clover trading.  I believe I actually have the 8 and the 9 inch baskets and I usually use the 9 inch basket, though find that if I divide the dough poorly sometimes I often have use for the 8 inch. The link takes you to their basket page.

...containers sold in restaurant supply houses.  I've purchased all of mine in such stores.  They've all known which ones were made of what kind of plastic.

About the baskets:  have you used "brotform" when searching for them?  Try it.
