Does anyone know where I can get brackets for jelly roll pans so they can be stacked in the refrigerator. I've seen them online a but can't locate them anymore. Need them to stack bagels for overnight retard.
Bob, they're easy to make. You need only a couple of one inch pieces of pine (1x4 work - they allow room for the rise in fermentation) to build a simple frame and a drill to put evenly spaced holes in the horizontal pieces. Glue dowels in the holes to support the pans and stack them as high as your fridge will allow.
