I've made substantial progress on my goal of baking and documenting 50 loaves this year, but I'm way behind on actually posting the results. Turns out asking your grandma how to make bread actually pays off. We were assigned this project in our honors biology class, and we immediately started to research.  The project was to make bread, and to find out what ingredient makes the fluffiest, most risen bread.
