Less yeast in Artisan in 5

Recently, someone posted a technique to use less yeast and maybe some sourdough in these recipes.  Could someone please guide me to that post?  I didn't get it copied and can't seem to find it now.  Though the recipes serve their purpose, I think the flavor could be improved in some of them.  Thanks, Terry

I went back through the recent posts again and found the answer.  It was a post by nd89sc88.  Thank you Bill, I hope this little tweak helps the flavor.  Terry

nd89sc88, Bill thank you.

nd89sc88, Bill thank you.  I would never have tried lowering the amount of yeast in the bread recipes from the Artisan in 5 book.  I made some with only 1 tsp. of yeast and let it be out for about 5 hours.  I can't tell you how much better it is than the the original Master recipe.  It was actually very good.  I can't wait to try it with some of the other recipes in the book.
