Over the weekend I got my hard copy of the sfbi newsletter in the mail. I usually read the online version but I like to page through and read it like a magazine. The cover image or back cover, I'm not sure which, has the image I posted below that just inspired me to learn how create beautiful artistic breads. What a wonderful image! I presume these breads were baked at sfbi, and what a fine example of artistry and consistency.

I thought you all would like to see this image so we can have a collective moment where we all wish we were going to be in the next class in San Fran. I can't be there but I can dream about it.
