My next question: where to buy KA parts?
I will not buy from the place which directed me to buy the wrong plier. I would appreciate it if you recommend a reliable/authorized service center/vendor.

Would KP26M1XPM4or5 parts fit the above model?

KP26M1X seems to be the model number aside from the color. PM5 seems to be the color designator.
I have a box-only (not the mixer) of a Pro 600 model. Box has "KP26M1XER" on it, and it is also labeled "Empire Red."
