Hi All,

New to this and I burnt my first loaf, took 2 weeks for another starter to rise and etc.

Hoping to take new ideas and suggestions from all of you!

P.S. Is there a conversion guide on here?

Wait.  Did you use all the starter in the first toasty loaf?  Remember to save some from the next starter  so you don't have to start a starter again.  You will have to maintain the starter, feeding it to peak, between bakes.
