Has anyone tried the Minutenbrot:

Ready in three minutes is very tempting!

If I can order it in the U.S. without having to pay the expensive international shipping (~$22 shipping for one carton/480g/$15), I will give it a try.

instead of baking them, let them expand to the shape of the vessel, then slice.  We can do that too, can't we? The flavors probably have no depth because there's no LAB :-); only the taste of various ingredients. They are touting this product as low fat, high fiber superfood.  But with all the fatty toppings like cream/cheese, prosciutto, butter, doesn't it defeat the purpose?

you used gelatinized starch (dried and crushed) combined with "super foods"  and adding water to steam them together into a loaf.  Sort of like Putu.  Dough is cooked first, grated, recombined into a form and steamed to create a matrix.

Might be a fun thing to try with a dense loaf.

Tracktors sure are active tonight its already after midnight.  I think my neighbors are bringing in the new crops while the rain is holding back. We finally had two days of sunshine and the ripe grain standing golden in fields nearby.  Some rye some wheat.
