White moldy patch

I’ve had my starter for about 5 months and I forgot to feed it the last 3 days. With 6 littles and nursing school I got busy!  Here’s a photo I’ve read conflicting info. Some say scrape it off and use a little of the uncontaminated and some say start over. What are your thoughts?
