As most of the decently-priced/discounted used copies of bread cookbooks have disappeared from Amazon (only full-price copies remain)...

I thought I'd pass on this tidbit about a classic bread book (has both commercially yeasted and sourdough formulas) that is still available for US $8 to $11 used.
