2nd time making Challah

I decided to make some pizza dough and challah for the family today. I liked how this loaf turned out as it took on some colour unlike my first loaf :) Whenever quarantine is over and i get access to a kitchen scale i plan on making a sourdough starter for even more diversity in my baking.

It just has to taste as good as it looks, with all of the work that you put in to the preparation.

Very pretty braid, and nice color! How'd it taste? What braid pattern did you use?

It tasted a little sour which i liked. I used 4 strands going over and under and followed this tutorial.

I always struggle with braiding challah. Very nicely done.
