Hello! Wanted to introduce myself. I have been using TFL for a few months now and finally decided to get my own account! I live in Charleston, SC and have been baking for a few years now. I have been making sourdough for about 5 years but have recently begun a more serious pursuit of the craft. By day I am a physician and I have a young son as well, so I usually only have time on the weekends!
