Granary Rise and Prove not required ?

Hi everyone


I have started making granary bread with Hovis granary flour. Instructions on the packet are once it's kneaded , you leave to rise ,then bake. This is against what I have been doing with all other recipes, rise,knock back then prove before baking.

Yes. Some bread formulas are single-rise.
