Way bigger loaf, it puffed up so tall it touched the top of my d.o. !

Thanks Dan! I used unfiltered apple juice instead of water, If you like sourdough with sweet crumb you'd love it!

Are you using dried or fresh apples?

I used diced dried apples(and I made a mistake and diced them even smaller 🤦‍♀️ too small and got melted in the bread )

And unfiltered apple juice instead of water
