New Cape Cod Baker
Thanks for all the advice I've gotten already and much more to come I'm sure.
I've had my sourdough starter for 10 days and it's really picking up now and I think ready for my first loaf. I have some paraphernalia (banneton, scraper, lame) arriving this week so first bake will be this weekend.
Although I might try a simple sandwich bread during the week if I can find some time.
