Swedish cardamom buns.  Thanks to SeasideJess I recently acquired cardamom seeds.  I didn't know there was something other than pods or ground; the aroma & taste are so much better than the jar in my freezer.  My shaping/twisting could be better, but we enjoyed them anyway.  My inspiration was an excellent cardamom bun (freshly crushed seeds) at Les Madeleines in Salt Lake City last month.
